Sales haven't opened yet. These terms take effect when checkout opens.

If you're not happy with a The Name Path guide for any reason, email hello@thenamepath.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full price you paid. You don't need to give a reason.

How it works

• Include your order number or the email address you used to buy.
• We issue the refund ourselves through our checkout provider, Lemon Squeezy (planned; checkout isn't open yet), the merchant of record for your purchase. It goes back to your original payment method; how long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer. This 14-day promise is ours, and we honor it in addition to the checkout provider's own buyer terms.
• When a refund is issued, your license to use the guide and the plan and tracker app ends, and we turn off any download links for your order. Please delete your copies. Anything the app saved on your own device stays there until you erase it; we can't see or remove it.

After 14 days

If the guide is materially wrong for your state, or you can't access it and we can't fix it, contact us and we'll make it right.

One-time purchase

The guide is a single payment. There's no subscription and nothing renews.
